By using Daiet, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Daiet provides AI-assisted nutrition planning, body diary tracking, and related app features for general wellness and informational purposes.

3. No Medical Advice

Daiet does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. AI outputs and body estimates are informational only and should not replace professional advice.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and maintain account security.
• Use the app lawfully and avoid abusive, harmful, or infringing content.
• Review AI outputs before acting on them.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI results may contain inaccuracies and should be interpreted with personal judgment. Body-fat outputs are non-medical visual estimates.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under each platform's terms. Renewals and cancellations are managed through store account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daiet is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
