Daiet User Agreement

1. Account and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your credentials. Activity performed through your account is your responsibility.

2. Consent for AI Processing

Daiet requests explicit in-app consent before transmitting prompt or image data for AI processing. Consent can be reviewed or withdrawn in app settings.

3. Content and License

• You retain ownership of your user-submitted content.
• You grant Daiet a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide app functionality.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Daiet for unlawful, abusive, or security-disruptive activities, and not to upload content that violates third-party rights.

5. Data Controls

Users can request full cloud data deletion in app controls and may delete their account. Privacy details are provided in the Daiet Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We may modify features or temporarily limit availability for security, maintenance, or operational reasons.

7. Enforcement and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if this agreement or applicable laws are violated.
